New Construction / Post-Renovation Cleaning Checklist
Specialized cleaning after renovations or new construction to remove dust, debris, and
construction residue from your property. We transform construction zones into move-in ready
spaces!
Whole House / All Rooms
- Remove all construction dust from surfaces, fixtures, and décor
- Wipe down walls to remove dust, smudges, and marks (as possible without damaging paint)
- Clean all baseboards, trim, and molding
- Dust and wipe doors, door frames, and knobs
- Clean interior windows, sills, and tracks
- Remove stickers, labels, and protective films from windows, appliances, and fixtures
- Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents
- Vacuum floors thoroughly (multiple passes if needed)
- Mop all hard floors, removing paint or adhesive spots where possible
- Clean inside closets and shelving units
- Remove any remaining construction debris
Kitchen
- Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
- Wipe down shelves and remove sawdust or debris
- Clean countertops, backsplash, and grout
- Wipe down all appliances inside and out (including brand-new protective coverings)
- Polish stainless steel surfaces

- Clean sinks and faucets, removing construction residue
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, and vanities
- Scrub showers, tubs, tiles, and grout to remove dust and residue
- Clean mirrors and glass streak-free
- Clean toilets (inside, outside, and around base)
- Wipe down and polish fixtures
- Remove stickers and films from glass or metal surfaces
Final Presentation Touches
- Make sure all surfaces are spotless and dust-free
- Check all corners, edges, and ledges for lingering debris
- Ensure the home has a fresh, clean scent (light and neutral)
